You can take it straight in the mouth or mixed with 1 to 2 ounces of juice or water.

There are approximately 25-30 drops in a ¼ teaspoon and approximately 50-60 drops in a ½ teaspoon.  For accuracy, we recommend using a ¼ or ½ teaspoon measuring spoon rather than counting or estimating drops with the dropper.

The expiration date is printed on the label. Our products expire 4 years from the manufacture date.

Our products should be taken away from food, either half an hour before eating or 2 hours or more after eating for optimal absorption.

We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place out of the sun, like a cupboard or pantry. They do not need to be refrigerated, but should be kept away from high temperatures.

Yes, all of our products are free of gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, corn, GMO’s, preservatives, and alcohol.

Yes, our products are made from organic or wild/harvested compounds and do not contain preservatives, additives, or chemicals.

Our glycerin is derived from the following oils: GMO-free palm oil and/or coconut oil.

Yes, we test every product for E. coli, salmonella, yeast, and mold as well as complete a total bacteria count.

Yes, it is safe for children to take our products, however we recommend consulting with your child’s pediatrician first. Our recommended dosage is 1/8 dose for children 2-5 and under and ¼ dose for older children.

Because herbal supplements have specific constituents that target specific receptor sites within the body, it is important that they be taken thoughtfully. Unless specifically indicated, it is best to take one herbal supplement apart from another by allowing at least 20 minutes to pass.

Currently, the majority of our products are sold in 2 ounce bottles.  The exceptions are Iodine Edge, Vitamin D3 with K2 and Go Nutrients Selenium which come in 1 ounce bottles.
