I suffered gout flares for months. Then I tried this. Normally I got 1 gout flare each 2 weeks, but since using this, there has been nothing, no pain at all for 4 months so far. It saved my life and my work too. Highly recommend.Updated: 9 months so far. I tried to skip consuming it for 3 to 7 days and sometimes the very slight pains come back. This does work to keep uric levels normal. Mibe went down to normal using this & drinking tart cherry juice 1x at night, just about 4 oz mixed with water.
